Gluing: The steel edge strip and the bottom plate are processed to make them fit in shape

Printing: Use screen printing, sublimation and digital printing techniques to process the base pattern.

Forming: Using epoxy resin, the required materials are laminated layer by layer, hot forming and cooled.

Grinding: the steel edges and bottom plate are processed; the extruded bottom plate ispolished with a sandbag, and the sintered bottom plate is polished with a stone grinder.

Packing: remove the protection paper, apply anti-rust oil on the steel edge, wax the basel, and plastic package box.
